World History & Geography 1,2 - Students will examine themes of culture, law/politics, energy/environment, geography, and economics.

Adv. World History - This course is designed for advanced college prep students. Students will examine world history in greater depth and build skills for dealing with advanced courses in grade 11.

U.S. History & Geography - This course is designed to provide students with understanding of the political, social, and ideological development of the United States during the 10th century..

Advanced U.S. History & Geography - College-level course designed to provide students with an in-depth study of United States history. Provides students of higher achievement with a study of American history from the colonial period to the present.

AP U.S. History - The class will study American political and cultural history from colonial times to present.

Government / Economics - The semester of government is designed to provide students with a basic knowlege and appreciation of the economics of the purpose, structure, and operation of the American political system. The semester of economics inludes the study of a broad range of economic institutions with emphasis on American Capitalism and the problems of scarcity and the development and operation of systems to deal with it

AP U.S. Government and Politics - This course is designed to give students a critical perspective on politics and government in the United States over the past 200 years. It also involves both the study of general concepts used to interpret American politics and the anaysis of specific case studies. The class will use guest speakers from our political community.

Honors Political Science - As a regular course offering of the San Diego Community Colleges, this survey course is designed to acquiaint students with selected concepts theories, and methods of the political process, their history application.

AP Psychology - Students are introcuced to the systematic and scientific study of the behavior and mental processes of human beings and other animals. Students are exposed to psychological facts, principles and phenomena associated with each of the major sub fields within psychology.
