In Episode Six, the first episode for the
2008-09 school year, we cover back-to-school events such as the Ice Cream
Social, 2008 homecoming, football highlight and a feature on the Women's
Volleyball team.
We also covered the JROCT Memorial dedication. We interviewed Coach
Frasca, Coach Matson as well as a 1958 Mission Bay Alumni. Also in
this episode, watch for "Sent", a student-made "commercial" produced
by Video Production students.

In Episode Five, we focus on teen peer pressure,
alcohol, awareness and senior portfolio updates. We met with Mrs. Mondt
from the career center and talked about community service hours and other
qualifications.
Campus Reports Xandra Alexandra and Katie Woods talk about teen peer
pressure and alcohol awareness and talk with students about their views
on the subject.
We also coverd the High School Baseball at Petco Park this month,
talked with Coach Farrar and captured highlights of the game. We also
coverd the recent Swim Meet, interviewed student athletes and team

In Episode Four, we focus on jobs, careers
and internships. We met with Mrs. Mondt from the career center and talked
about the variety of services offered here at Mission Bay. We also went
out to Platt College and met with David Bittorf to talk about degree
programs in graphics design and multimedia. Plus, campus reporters interviewed
students about job and career goals.
For sports updates, we met with Coacn Panian who talked about the
end of the soccer season as well as Coach Pamaran with the Lady Bucs
softball team introducing the season with higholights from a previous

In Episode Three, we focus on the environment
and pollution. Mission Bay students work on community service hours at
the Mangrove Project in the Mission Bay marsh. Our baseball team held the
first annual E-Waste Recycling Drive - BucTV was there to document the
event. Also in this episode, Ms. Rasmussen talks about the "Rose Creek" esturary
and how it impacts the environment. A BucTV crew was also at the Winter
