  California Special District Association - San Diego Chapter Scholarship
Selection: The Resource Conservation District (RCD) of Greater San Diego County is a member of the San Diego Chapter of the California Special Districts Association (CSDA). The CSDA San Diego Chapter is sponsoring a minimum of five (5) $1000 scholarships for graduating high school students. Applications will be reviewed by the RCD, and one finalist will be sent forward to compete regionally for the five scholarships.
