Senior Portfolio
What is a Senior Portfolio?
A Senior Portfolio is an organized collection of high school work selected
by the student with the advice of his/her mentor. It highlights a student’s
knowledge, skills, interests, and experiences. It provides examples of
three student works that show his/her level of accomplishment, effort
or progress in a specific area. It encourages self-evaluation, reflection
and goal setting. And it creates an important link between school and
work or school and post-secondary education.
All twelveth grade students present their portfolio at the Senior Exhibition
which takes place in April. Parents of students in every grade
level at MBHS are invited to participate in this event by sitting on one
of the exhibition panels.
